Do you have a wellness event you would love to offer but nowhere to run it?
Our bright comfortable studio space is perfect for yoga and movement classes, personal training, bodywork trainings, or creative workshops and talks. We are completely outfitted with yoga props at the Shack (blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters, mats, eye pillows, sandbags and folding chairs).

It’s the perfect place to grow your business and collaborate with other dedicated and caring wellness practitioners. A nurturing tea lounge and a treatment room if needed. We have flexible rental terms, tailored to meet your needs: rent by the hour, day or month.

Suitable for class sizes 10-15 students depending on use of props and mat spacing, or approx. 20-25 for talks.

Treatment Room

We have a lovely nurturing and private treatment rooms available for rent/share in our multidisciplinary wellness centre.
You only pay for what you need, our offices, treatment rooms, and studio are available for rent by the hour, day or month. Our space is appropriate for both manual therapists and counselors. We have a shared reception area, kitchen, and washroom.

Practitioner-tenants must have current registration/ licensing and professional liability insurance for their modality.
